I L.O.V.E having the kids home from school the whole month of December! We have been trying to stay busy with holiday fun, their break started with a "date" with Grandma Connie at the movies ( they saw Planet 51 and loved it!) then we decorated the christmas tree,saw the lights at the cactus garden, played at Town Square ( we will have to go back there during the evening, it snows there every night at 7!)
we wrapped christmas presents (now we are offically ready for christmas) The kids have played with friends,hung christmas lights,baked our own gingerbread for houses (to be assembled friday) and we have read christmas stories. Last night we attended the Desert Choral Christmas Celebration, I really enjoyed it even with three kids on my lap at once. I will admit, about an hour into the show I wondered why we thought it was a good idea to bring one year old twins, but we survived thanks to some great friends who were nice enough to sit with us and hold a baby (thanks Melanie!) oh and I almost forgot ...Kyle lost his first tooth.
